Fixed!
I was having trouble with a Grades 3 update and I emailed the support staff. They promptly wrote back to me and let me know that they were doing everything they could to fix the problem. After they had fixed it, they let me know, and when I checked, it was! They were very polite, apologetic, and responsive. This one customer service experience gave me confidence that Grades 3 support staff genuinely care about their customers.
